Cookie statement

This statement explains the company's position on cookies and similar technologies, under regulation 6 of the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 and the UK GDPR standard of consent.

1. Current position

This website sets no cookies of any kind. It runs no analytics, no advertising or retargeting pixels, no session recording, no heat mapping, no social media embeds and no consent management platform. No cookie banner is shown because there is nothing to consent to.

The pages also load no third-party fonts, scripts, stylesheets, images or content delivery networks. Every asset is served from this domain. Your browser therefore does not disclose your IP address to any third party as a result of viewing these pages.

2. Strictly necessary cookies

The site currently uses none. Strictly necessary cookies are exempt from the consent requirement under regulation 6(4) because they are essential to provide a service the user has explicitly requested. They are not exempt from the transparency requirement, so if one is introduced, for example a cross-site request forgery token or a load balancer session cookie, it must be listed here with its name, purpose and lifetime before it is set.

3. The contact form

The contact form on this site opens a message in your own email application. It makes no request to any third party and writes nothing to your device.

4. Server logs

Requests to this website are recorded in server logs held by the hosting provider. Logs are not cookies and do not involve storing information on your device. They are used for security and service integrity and are covered in sections 2 and 8 of our privacy notice.

5. Local storage

The site does not write to localStorage, sessionStorage or IndexedDB, and registers no service worker.

6. If this changes

Before any analytics or third-party tool is added, a compliant consent mechanism must be implemented: no non-essential cookie may be set before the user gives consent, refusal must be as easy as acceptance, and consent must be capable of being withdrawn as easily as it was given. This statement must be updated at the same time, not afterwards.

7. Managing cookies in your browser

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Because this site does not rely on cookies, doing so will not affect how it works.
