Blueray Automations Solutions (UK) Limited is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, including people using assistive technology.

1. Standard we are working to

This website has been built to target the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 at Level AA. The company is not a public sector body, so the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018 do not apply. We publish this statement voluntarily, and we take our duty to make reasonable adjustments under the Equality Act 2010 seriously.

2. What we have done

• Built mobile first. The layout is designed for a small screen and expands upward, rather than a desktop layout compressed to fit.
• Semantic HTML with a single main landmark, a skip link and a logical heading order on every page.
• Text and interface colour contrast checked against the 4.5 to 1 and 3 to 1 minimums. The lowest text contrast used anywhere on the site is 4.56 to 1.
• All functionality operable by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator that is never removed. The mobile menu keeps focus inside itself while open and returns focus to the button that opened it.
• Interactive targets sized at a minimum of 44 by 44 CSS pixels.
• Form fields with programmatically associated labels, explicit required-field marking, and status messages announced through a live region rather than by colour alone.
• Layout reflows to a single column without horizontal scrolling down to 320 CSS pixels, and supports text resizing to 200 per cent.
• Technical diagrams carry a text alternative and a caption that states the same information in words. Each sits in its own scrollable frame, which is reachable by keyboard, so the surrounding page never scrolls sideways.
• Motion reduced automatically for users who set the reduced-motion preference in their operating system, and contrast raised for users who set the increased-contrast preference.
• No content that flashes, auto-plays, or imposes a time limit.
• Language declared as en-GB, page titles unique and descriptive, and a print stylesheet for readable paper copies.

3. Known limitations

The site has not yet been independently audited or tested across a full range of assistive technologies. We do not claim full conformance until it has been. Conformance has been assessed by self-review during development, which can miss barriers that only appear with a particular screen reader, browser or input device.

Technical diagrams require a two-dimensional layout and so are exempt from the reflow requirement in success criterion 1.4.10. Each one is presented in a horizontally scrollable frame at small sizes. The information they carry is also stated in the surrounding text, so no meaning is lost if the diagram is not usable for you.

If a third-party component, embedded map or form provider is added later and does not meet the standard, it will be listed here with the barrier it creates and the planned fix date.

This statement was prepared on 14 September 2026. It is based on a self-assessment carried out during development. It will be reviewed when the site changes materially, and at least annually.
